HOTEL POLICIES:
  • Check-in begins at 4pm, Check-out no later than 11am.
  • All guests in room must be 18 years are older unless parent/legal guardian is staying in the same room.
  • Credit card required for check-in, no cash deposits accepted. We will authorize your credit card at check in for up to $100 per stay in addition to nightly room rate. We HIGHLY discourage the use of a check cards or debit card. Your issuing bank may not release authorization hold for up to 10 banking days. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented at time of check-in, as well as the credit card holder.
  • A mandatory daily resort fee of $10.00 (subject to applicable lodging tax) will be added to the guest room account and includes the following: High speed internet access, incoming faxes, local calls, beach towels, beach chairs, on-site parking and continental breakfast.
  • Displayed rate reflects discount on promotional bookings.
  • Room occupancy is recommended not to exceed maximum persons allowed on every type of room. Each additional guest is $20 per night using existing bedding – rollaway beds are not provided.
  • Cribs/Infant beds are available free of charge on a first-come-first-served basis
  • Hotel is not pet friendly.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a full stay penalty, but not to exceed 3 night’s room & tax. For example, a cancellation penalty for a 2 night stay will be 2 nights’ room and tax. A cancellation penalty for a 5 night stay will be 3 nights’ room and tax. **Holiday and Special Events require a non-refundable prepayment 30 days prior to arrival. No early departures are allowed. Reservations are completely non-refundable within 30 days of arrival. Events include but are not limited to: New Year’s (12/26 to 1/3), Boat Show (2/12 to 2/16), Winter Music Conference & Ultra (3/15 to 3/31), Memorial Day (5/21 to 5/25) & Art Basel (12/2 to 12/9).**

FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE

We offer free pick-up shuttle service for Miami International Airport (MIA). Shuttle pick up location is on the Second Level - Departures, Gate J, Door 28. Our shuttle fleet consists of a white van with the hotels’ logo con it.

From the Hotel:
7:38AM / 10:08AM / 12:38PM / 3:08PM / 6:08PM

From Miami International Airport:
9:00AM / 11:30AM / 2:00PM / 4:30PM / 7:30PM

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Guests must provide the shuttle driver with printed proof of reservation in order to board the shuttle.
  • Our airport shuttle service is is available seven days a week but for Miami Beach only.
  • Due to new airport security regulations, our shuttle cannot sit at Terminal for a long period of time. While standing at the shuttle stop location please wave down our shuttle when you see it.
  • Please make sure to schedule your return trip to the airport at least 6 hours before your departure time. A charge of $ 14 per person will apply for your return to the airport.
  • Our airport shuttle is offered on a space available basis. The Hotel is not responsible for paying for guest transportation when the shuttle bus is full or has mechanical issues.
  • GUESTS ARE LIMITED TO UP TO 2 PIECES OF LUGGAGE WEIGHING 50-75 LBS OR LESS. ITEMS NOT ALLOWED ON BOARD INCLUDE: TVS, WINDSURFING EQUIPMENT, SURFBOARDS, VERY LARGE BOXES, BICYCLES, ETC.
  • THE HOTEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU BEING LATE OR MISSING YOUR FLIGHT DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES SUCH AS TRAFFIC OR MECHANICAL PROBLEMS WITH OUR VANS.
